Return & Refund Policy

At Pacefeet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt according to our standard return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Some sale or clearance items may be subject to different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again (some banks require additional processing time)
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us for further assistance
